Walt began his real estate career in 1969 with the Greater Boston Board, serving in the North and West suburbs for many years. He has also been as a licensed building contractor which has served his clientele well in determining how best to consider renovations to that “diamond in the rough” or, regarding sellers, what to consider doing in preparing to sell to maximize the best reward from the sale of their home. During his career, Walt has either torn it down, renovated it, leased it or sold it !

Walt is married to his wife, Barbara, and has four grown children and eight, not so grown, grandchildren which provide his current happiness and motivation. Walt and Barbara have lived in Chelmsford since 1979.
